Pet Policy
Sterling Place is a pet-friendly community where we welcome cats and dogs. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per residence. Pet rent is $20 per pet per month and there is a one-time pet fee of $400 for 1 pet and $500 for 2 pets. There is a 60 lb weight limit for dogs and certain breeds and mixes are prohibited. Great Dane, Pit Bull, American Bully, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Doberman, Rottweiler, Akita, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, German Shepherd, Mastiff (Cane Corso), Chow or any wolf hybrid are not allowed. We do not allow any exotic species or other types of pets. Please reach out to the leasing office with questions about other pets.
